We're all tired of waking up and not feeling the day ahead of us, right? You just want to wake up, feel fresh air, and eat that Pinterest-worthy breakfast every morning. This might seem like a fantasy dream, but it's possible. With a few steps, this guide could help you become a new, positive person in the mornings. And after a while, you'll be living the life.
So without hesitation, 5 tips to help you make the most out of your mornings.
Tip #1 - Positive Patties
You've probably heard the cliché saying, "surround yourself with positivity) But it's true. Wake up in the mornings and immediately surround yourself with positive thoughts. There's no reason to walk around in a negative cloud, especially in the mornings.
Tip #2 - Meditation
I know, I know. Who has time to sit in their floor and say "ohm" for 30 mins? I get it. Waking up early in the morning is not a treat. But, perhaps you could use this to your advantage. Take 30 mins to an hour to just sit and meditate, surrounding yourself in positive thoughts of the day. Listen for different things, set your focus upon familiar sounds. Maybe you get up at sunrise, so sit on a porch area, somewhere comfortable, and listen for the sounds of birds.

Tip #3 - Prioritize Healthy Breakfasts
Healthy shouldn't be a scary word for teens. Healthy means your thriving, and blooming, something we all need. And dare I say, some breakfasts just aren't doing the job. Prioritize incorporating healthy components into your wake-up meal. After all, breakfast is the most important meal of the day. So, drink a cup of milk. A nice glass of hot tea and a breakfast bagel. Maybe some gut-friendly lemon water and scrambled, fried, or boiled eggs. The possibilities are endless.
Tip #4 - Choose comfort over cute
So many teen girls will find themselves risking their own comfort zone with outfits that take eons to get together. Try wearing outfits you know for sure you will be comfortable with, and see how it changes your morning mood. Oh, and stop caring who thinks what. That's when you'll reach peak comfort in your own skin.
Tip #5 - Journaling
Some people find themselves hating the day because they just have no organization to help them out. Try journaling out your day ahead so that you can have a sense pf reassurance that you're prepared. For some, it may not work, but just try it. Also, try journaling before you go to bed, so that the events of the day aren't bothering you throughout the next day, giving you a nice fresh mind.
Lastly, be yourself
There's no better advice than to just be yourself. There could be a hundred reasons why your mornings aren't good, but choose to look for the good in your day, whatever it is. These tips are just for you, to help you with whatever you need to make your morning better.
